 Responsibility |
- Advance troubleshoots computer system, including
of hardware, software, network and peripheral equipment.
Co-ordinate with internal process or partner/vendor for
repairing and corrections process when necessary
- Assist in planning, design, research, acquisition of
new or upgrade hardware and software configuration
- Acting as technical resources in assisting IT Specialist
or customer to resolve problem of equipment and data.
Recommends modifications as necessary of hardware
and software to customers
- Creating network access for user, network administration
on Windows servers 2003 platform, monitoring server/
backup system
- E-mail system administration on exchange 2003
- Setup computer hardware
- User support help desk on site/remote
- Provide solution to user requirement
- Purchase IT Accessory

| Qualifications |
- Male 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor degree or computer, information technology
or any related fields GPA at least 2.75
- At least 1 year experience in system administration,
end user supports, system integration, network infrastructure
- Experience with PC setup and hardware trouble shooting
& problem solving
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Good command of English
- Pleasant personality
